No one hit Tuesday’s $62 million jackpot. The Mega Millions jackpot for Friday’s lottery drawing has climbed to an estimated $77 million, with a cash option valued at $34.1 million.
The winning numbers were: 20, 24, 33, 39 and 48. The Mega Ball drawn was 18 with a Megaplier of 2X.
No one matched all six numbers to win the U.S. – Mega Millions jackpot, but 1 ticket matched all five numbers except for the Mega Ball worth $1 million.
In addition, the Mega Millions lottery awarded 10 third prizes worth $10,000; third prizes worth $20,000 for the players who possess the tickets containing Megaplier 2X;
In total, more than 495,900 tickets won cash prizes totaling $3.4 million in Tuesday’s drawing.
