No tickets matched the Powerball winning numbers Wednesday night, sending the lottery’s estimated Saturday jackpot to $46 million.
Wednesday’s winning numbers were 5, 6, 27, 40, and 49, and red Powerball 5, the Power Play option was 2X.
Although nobody won the $31 million Powerball jackpot in the lottery drawing for Wednesday, January 22, 2025, there were still plenty of people who won smaller prize amounts.
Six winners appeared to receive $50,000.
More than 297,600 tickets won cash prizes totaling $1.53 million in Wednesday’s drawing.
