This Saturday, the Powerball jackpot still has not found its owner for the $437 million jackpot. Two lucky players won the second prizes in this drawing on 10/19/24.

Despite no jackpot winner from the drawing on Saturday, 2 lucky players won $1 million by matching five white balls except for the Powerball. The players did not select the Powerplay option. Doing so would have doubled their win to $2 million.
There were also 25 tickets nationwide that won $50,000 prizes, and 4 tickets that $150,000 prizes.
More than 790,000 tickets won cash prizes totaling $6.88 million in Saturday’s drawing.

Powerball is offered in 44 States, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. Players select five white numbers from (1 to 69) and one red ball (1 to 26).
To win the Powerball jackpot a player must match all five white balls in any order and the red Powerball number. The odds of picking the correct Powerball grand prize numbers are one in 292,201,338, which doesn’t change even if more players buy tickets when the jackpot is enormous.
You have a better chance of winning the Powerball jackpot if you let the computer select your numbers, according to lottery officials. About 75 percent of winning tickets over the years had numbers picked by a computer.
